Shipping Information

Currently our standing desks and laptop stands are made to order. Production time is two weeks and we will email you when your order is ready for shipping. If we have any in stock we will let you know and send your order out next day.

For free UK mainland delivery we use Royal Mail Parcel Force’s 48hr service for larger items and Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller items.

If you are within a 25mile radius of our workshop we will personally deliver your desk.

If you would like to collect your items you can do so with prior arrangement, just indicate you would like to do this at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout but do not include your local import fees or taxes. You will need to check your liability for this before making your order.

What height person would this be suitable for?
The Mykia portable standing desk is available in 2 sizes to cater for people of different heights.

Low Desk: For heights between 5’2 and 5’6

Hight Desk: For heights between 5’6 and 6′

What is the desk made from?

18mm thick, BB grade European Birch faced plywood. This is a natural product made from registered sustainable sources. The final products are finished by hand and wood is left natural, unvarnished and unstained.

I want lots of these for our office – can you do that?

Full Description

The Mykia is a portable, wooden standing desk you can take anywhere to experience the physical and mental benefits of standing and working.

Designed by us in the UK, the Mykia desk works with any laptop and gives you a solid and stable work surface to get stuff done on.

When you are not using you desk, simply pull the components apart and store flat in the provided bag.

We use PEFC certified birch faced plywood made from sustainable sources to high ecological standards. Each desk is precision CNC cut and then hand finished, test assembled and de-assembled for shipping.
